Deposit and Cancellation Policies:

 

December 15 - January 6 - A seven night minimum stay is required for this period. A three night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full no later than August 31 for the holiday period.

 

January 6 - April 30 - No minimum length of stay is required for this period. A three night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full 28 days prior to check-in at the hotel. Should you need to cancel, please do so no later than 45 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit. No shows will forfeit the three night deposit. Early departures will forfeit 100% of payment. Any deposit refunds may be subject to a 5% penalty charge.

 

May 1 - December 14 - No minimum length of stay. A three night deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance is due in full 28 days prior to check-in at the hotel. Should you need to cancel, please do so no later than 14 days prior to arrival to avoid forfeiting the deposit. No shows will forfeit the three night deposit. Early departure will forfeit 100% of payment. Any deposit refunds may be subject to a 5% penalty charge.

All credit card transactions will be processed in Barbados dollars as we must legally charge in local currency and as such would be subject to exchange variances of your credit card provider.
