When you book a reservation with Regent Apartments we ask for your:

· Telephone/Fax Number

· Credit Card and Expiration Date

· Travel preferences for us to make your holiday a special and more memorable one.

If you are making a reservation which includes a rental car, we will also ask for the information required by the rental car supplier.

If you are making a reservation including airfare in the package we will also require the other passengers details such as names and frequent flyer numbers. The air, car and other service providers are third parties that have separate privacy policies. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third parties.

How will my Information be used?

The information that you provide to us is used to process your reservation, to provide the services you have purchased, to contact you to confirm your reservation, to provide you with any important updates regarding your reservation and to contact you in the event that we have any questions about the information you have submitted to us.
